Lets keep things simple......
At Tìr-Dhàimh we are committed to building a relationship of trust with our website visitors and online customers. We never have and never will sell your information to third parties for any reason. Any information we collect is used solely for the purposes of processing orders and informing our customers and newsletter subscribers of announcements and special offers, which we think, may be of interest to them.
When someone visits www.tir-dhaimh.com we use third party services, Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google or Squarespace to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about and to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We don't rent, sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold on you at any time. If you wish to do this, please email your request to Rachel@tir-dhaimh.com.
This policy was reviewed on 15th May 2018 in line with the 2018 GDPR regulations. We will review this policy from time to time to ensure our policies reflect the best interests of our customers.
